The digital equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 2 additional years after expiration of manufacturer's warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service you must arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. If you have any questions please call toll free 800-252-MACK. A copy of your bill of sale and warranty card will be needed at time of service.

This exclusive warranty covers most malfunctions including impact, sand damage, and customer misuse. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes internal parts and labor). If equipment cannot be restored to manufacturer specifications the unit will be replaced at fair market value. This warranty is not for professional use or professional cameras. The warranty only applies to new cameras and only valid in the U.S. Warranty is not transferable.

This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover accessory flashes, accessory lens, batteries, power adapter, digital media, software, remotes, liquid damage, cracked lens elements, cosmetic repair, and additional accessories or other expenses or consequential damages. Cracked lens elements, LCD's and cosmetic repair will be repaired at cost of parts only. If cosmetics interfere with the repair of camera, cosmetics must be repaired.

A Mack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, your will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment, the extended warranty, and your warranty registration number.
