The video equipment registered to this warranty is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers impact, sand damage, and one head cleaning per year at Mack Camera in New Jersey. Such service, repair or adjustment is assured the original purchaser only.

This warranty applies only the the product specified herein. It does not cover cracked lens elements, interchangeable lenses, liquid damage, corrosion, tamping, modifications. Accessories not covered include but not limited to cables, tapes, batteries, ac adapter and remotes. A cracked LCD is covered for labor, but customer must pay cost of parts. This warranty is not for professional use or professional cameras. This warranty only applies to new cameras and is only valid in the United States. Not transferable. Mack Camera and Video reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms or are fraudulently altered.

A Mack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, your will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment, the extended warranty, and your warranty registration number.
