It is VERY IMPORTANT to measure your actual waist size with a tape
measurer where you would wear the belt over your clothes. Compare
your measured waist size with the lengths listed below.
Your pants size is NOT an accurate
measurement of your waist. Men’s
pant sizes tend to be 2-5” smaller than your actual waist.
Some women prefer to wear their belt lower on their hips, for comfort.
So it is very important to measure your waist/hips where you think
the belt will be located.
