Helix Rapid Fixer
Our
newest product, designed to make your darkroom more efficient and economical.
This is a non-hardening ammonium thiosulfate rapid fixer, identical in
formulation to other major brands. Dilution rates and capacities are
virtually
the same, with one major difference, ours is less expensive!
A non-hardening fixer is strongly recommended for archival processing
of back & white prints, especially when using toners. Wash times
are
reduced and the risk of staining or uneven toning is eliminated.
Non-hardening fixer may also be used with modern films, in that their
emulsions are basically "pre-hardened". With normal handling,
there is little risk of damage.
