Norman arrived from London, England in 1980. He has a certificate in Commercial Art and a Diploma in Fashion Design from London schools. Norman Phillips is an internationally recognized master photographer with 50 years of experience. He offers his insights to photographers of all levels with his seminars, workshops, DVDs and books. |

There will be a one hour break during this seminar.
The fee for this event is $20.00 per person. If you are a student and have a current I.D. the fee is $10.00. |
