The Gitzo MonoTrek is an ergonomically designed lightweight monopod/walking stick, which is ideal for long distance walkers and backpackers. It is manufactured from light, high-strength aluminum. Supplied with a removable ballhead, telescopic height adjustment, a contoured rubber hand grip, a steel spiked foot and all weather shoe.
