Thank you so much for your help.
I was wrong even at reading the instructions! They say one must align the 40cm focus point of the lens with a letter, which must now taken for infinity (the 40cm is for the virtual image at 4radii of the lens iris). Now the other letters positions make sense.
I've tested it in a pool. I will see how bad (or good is it).
