There isn't a great deal of difference between lenses for a digital SLR and an analog SLR underwater, except for that digital lens factor. You want a wide angle optic (ideally 94 degree angle of view) used behind a dome port, and a 1:1 macro lens used behind a flat port.

With your Canon 10D (1.6x lens factor) that means either the Canon 50mm (equivalent to 80mm with 35mm film) or 100mm (160mm equivalent) macro lenses, and a wide angle lens. Now, that wide angle lens has to be very wide to give you any decent angle of view. The Canon 14mm (22mm equivalent) is about as wide as you can go, and it isn't cheap. This is why many are using their digital SLR's for macro/close-up work, and keeping their Nikonos camera/15mm lens combo for the wide angle photos.
